So I finally gave in to the “pink suit” trend that has been overflowing Instagram and fashion week. It seems like (millennial) pink is the color of the season and with so much #girlboss and #powerdressing talk, it was only obvious that sooner or later the two of them would combine creating what it appears to be the look of spring 2018. Funny as it is, I have been wearing suits since as long as I can remember (due to the nature of my job), and they make me feel professional and ready for the job but add a pink color and I felt instantly chic and modern, wow, I guess power dressing is really a thing!
There are lots of options in the realm of pink suits and it really is a matter of how much you want to spend. Check out some of my favorites: Ganni, Bottega Veneta, Oscar de la Renta, Tibi Mine is from Zara and it was pretty affordable, to be honest I really like it. I think the belt gives a retro vibe and the pants fit just right. The quality of the fabric is also nice and both pieces are very easy to pair with other outfits. I think the shoes give the look a more casual vibe but I plan to be wearing this suit with heels too. Thanks for reading!
